Pre-Columbian, Calima / Malagan Culture, Colombia, ca. 300 BCE. Orangeware pottery sun face mask with oval slit perforated eyes and mouth with high relief bold nose and perforated nostrils. Incised long rectangular panels under the eyes, painted white, roped outer border. A very rare type. Custom bronze base. Size: 6-1/2" D.
