The AEAA is very pleased to present this next piece of valuable Vaseline glass items from the Elegant Period in the early Depression. This lot represents a gorgeous & scarce Vaseline open edge (lacy) pedestal cake plate, finished in a Thousand Eye style pattern. This cake stand is not routine as the domed & banded base attests, topped with 4 Greek Doric scrolling column heads. The central pedestal is completed in a magnificent matching pearled stem, and the finish work is simply wonderful. Our server explodes under black light, and is in superb condition, weighing 3#, and measuring 10 x 10 x 6.5 inches tall. This vintage Vaseline treasure will be a standout in any collection.
