This Patriotic Postal Cover with embossed design on back flap (separated from cover) depicting American Eagle and Union Shield and the watch-words of the day “Union and Constitution.” Red and blue accents at the fold lines add to the presentation, scarce 2-cent black (#73) cork-cancelled, addressed to Oil City, PA.
