A selection of jewellery. To include an early 20th century 9ct gold bar brooch, a shell cameo brooch, carved to depict Dionysus, together with a multi-strand curb-link swag necklace. Length of brooches 4.2cms each. Length of necklace 65cms. Total weight 23gms.

Overall condition good to fair. Surface scratches and discolouration in keeping with general wear. Both brooches have base metal replacement pins. The bar brooch shows elements of original gilding and a replacement clasp. The shell cameo is cracked through in the top left, and cracked from the reverse in the bottom right side. Dirt can be seen to some recessed areas of the carving. Some abrasion to raised areas can be seen under magnification. Weight of 9ct gold brooch 2.5gms. Weight of cameo brooch 9gms.
