8" x 10" gelatin-silver print with pen notation on the verso by Edgerton: "can of H20 penetrated by .22 cal …. rifle bullet./ focus off some/ exposure 10?8 [10 to the minus 8th] sec. f 8." The bullet is on the table at left. Slight burn on upper left border area, but image area is rich with only minor surface disturbance. [D2+]
