Pair of 8" x 10" gelatin-silver prints with "Rural Electrification Administration" credit stamps and pencil numbers on verso.
a) A woman with a steam iron that needs to be heated on the stove. This sepia print is clearly vintage 1930's. b) A black and white print with the same stamp on verso shows a woman ironing with an electric iron, with an early wringer washing machine in the kitchen.
