The first volume: 161 leaves, typewritten, one-side-only of the leaf, 33 cm. At the end of the volume: lengthy mussar talk [7 pages] in an impressive hand, said by Rabbi Yehuda Leib Chasman regarding 'the virtue of action'. He was the spiritual leader of the yeshiva from 1926 through 1935.
The second volume has 146 leaves, typewritten, on one-side-only of the leaf. 32 cm. At the conclusion, a mussar talk given by Rabbi Yechezkel Sarna in Elul, [1933], in the hand of Rabbi Yitzchak Lipkin. One page.
Most of the talks are those of Rabbi Nosson Zvi Finkel, the Alter of Slobodka. He was born in Lithuania in 1849 and founded and ran the famed Slobodka yeshiva. He moved to Eretz Yisrael and founded Yeshiva Hebron – Knesset Yisrael. He passed away in Jerusalem on the 29th of Shevat, 1927.
These two volumes feature about 100 of his best mussar talks – given in Lithuania and Hebron. Along with talks by prominent mussar personalities, including some by his son-in-law Rabbi Yitzchak Eizik Sher, and eight talks by Rabbi Simcha Zissel Ziv, the Alter of Kelm, and Rabbi Moshe Finkel. Tens of elite students recorded these talks, and they were then typewritten.

A quick perusal indicates that most of the Alter's talks are well known, though they were printed with variations from the text here. There are also a few talks that are completely unknown, including the talk of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Chasman that is written here in the original hand of one of his talmidim and the talk given by Rabbi Moshe Finkel.
