Lot of 2 advertising items promoting the 11th Annual Tour of "a genuine slave band" The Norfolk Jubilee Singers for an appearance at F. W. Baptist Church in Springvale, Maine: two-sided broadside with center portrait of manager surrounded by 5 portraits of singers above a plantation scene, reverse contains list of 90 songs, 19¾x10¼, black relief printed on newsprint; evening programme containing list of 21 songs performed in two parts with intermission, 7½x3½, black relief printed on yellow stock.
Provenance states that a family member attended this event in Springvale, ME.
