This ormolu carriage clock by the manufactory Bourgeois et Clément fils has a spring-driven brass movement and an escapement with balance wheel. It features a quarter-hour strike mechanism with three hammers on two bells, which can be witched between Grande Sonnerie and Petite Sonnerie. The running duration is one week. There is an alarm function and repetition. The enamel dial is signed ‘[C.] A. Bourgeois et Clément fils / A MOREZ’.

The alarm clock is in good original condition with signs of age and wear. One string is a later addition. The dial is chipped around the left key hole.
