Aubusson Carpet, 17' x 15'.

As found. Heavy wear to the weaving throughout with multiple tears and splitting along the seams. The white warp is visible in many areas. There is a 6" patch and a 5" tear in one of the red and black scrolled corner elements. There is some dark staining in the floral element in the center of one of the short ends. There is some light discoloration in the border near the corner of one of the long ends. About 4" of one of the long ends has been folded and sewn under the carpet to reduce the overall width.
