Description
A fragment from an Islamic blown glass animal flask, c. 7th-8th Century AD, probably the head of a fish from a rhyton with applied yellow fins and white eyes and nice iridescence., L: 2 ½ in (6.4cm). Ex collection of Gershon Bineth (d. 1973), Jerusalem; Ricklis collection, NY, acquired in the early 1970s.
