Censer, sculpt of dense, dark green nephrite. The lapidary has intricately carved, reticulated panels, assembling an ancient style, pagoda design incense burner, surmounted with bells, gourd and elephant head finial. Multiple tiered towers with fluted eaves are incorporated into this house of worship native to Chinese tradition, and fastened scrolling arms, with dangling, ringed chains extend from the drum base.
