all with inset key tables showing the holdings of a Mr Walton, No.1, Plan of Tin Bounds in the Parish of St Agnes, No.3 with the same title, and No.4, Plan of Tin Bounds in the Parish Perran-Zabulot, each in pen and ink with occasional wash, the first 760 x 1310mm., this linen-backed and edged in green silk, the others each 710 x 505mm. and the reverse, respectively, these two with a few tears at edges, dampstaining and repaired damage to one edge, all with rolling creases, 1838 (3) A fascinating record of one investor's holdings in the tin mining boom in North Cornwall in the early 19th century. John Barnicoat is listed as a participant in the 1839-40 survey of tithes in Falmouth.
