Great constructivist cover designed by Alexander Rodchenko, text by Viktor Nikolskii and Iakov Tugendhold, print run of only 3000 copies. This book was published to illustrate the Soviet exhibits at the L'Exposition Internationale des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, 1925. This lavishly illustrated catalogue includes examples of Soviet fine and applied arts: ceramics, fashion, theater design, and architecture. Most prominent is the focus placed upon graphic design, evidenced most strikingly in the vibrant Constructivist cover design by one of the most renowned Russian artists and designers, Alexander Rodchenko (1891-1956).
