By Joaquin Miller." This is a very rare first edition Montana book published by Chicago: The Lewis Publishing Co. 1894. The book appears to have a very good condition binding (imperfection pictured) and overall good condition pages with only the first illustration showing wear. This is hand inscribed on the first page, "Beaver Block House" of Montana. The books features all of the numerous original illustrations of Montana's pioneers.
