Item Details

Description

This is a New England angel weathervane, circa 1890. This weathervane shows an angel holding a wine decanter and goblet. The silhouette is made from sheet iron. The framework on the back is hand forged and riveted. The green paint some crackling and has given way to oxidation in some places. The angel weathervane is in good condition. One foot of the angel is slightly bent. The weathervane measures 20" x 30".
