Description
These lights were once mounted on a facade above an external entrance to a building in York, Pennsylvania (since destroyed). The winged griffins are highly detailed and clench the lantern hooks in their bearded jaws. Glass globes adorned with regal bronzework illuminate the long, beautifully curved tails of the griffins. Their taloned feet stretch from the wall as if the griffin is about to take off. The pair of lights are made of cast bronze and are being sold with the original glass globes. American.
