Description
A Lehigh Valley Railroad classification lamp Made by Railroad Signal Lamp & Lantern Company in New York. An early style with brass top and glass plate inserts to indicate class of the locomotive. One red glass panel is included. It has the unusual drop in pot and burner. The 3 lenses measure 5 1/4” in diameter. The lenses seem to be old originals. The glass insert pockets are all in good shape including the storage “pocket”. The top has a split in the brass top. The bell is missing. We have another similar lamp in this auction. Get the pair!
April 7 - Not photographed but included is a loose bell that has been stripped. I will get a photo posted by Wednesday night 4/8. Two photos have been added.
