Rare 1985 Cadillac El Dorado Barritz Convertible with nice custom interior,
new transmission, tires and remote CD stereo. Brakes redone last year. Top in great condition, works fine. Features include of course all power options,(cruise not working at this time) and added Pioneer remote controlled CD player/radio reciever. Mileage shows 58647(exempt) and engine is the standard 4.1L v-8. Below is some narrative from the owner:
Twin Cad’s. Blue/white is the rarest of all color combinations from Cadillac that year. A friend in my car club submitted this photo to the Cadillac/La Salle Club. It was published nationwide. Mine has the electronic day/night mirror. The only difference. The wheels for mine originally manufacturered by Crager wheels for Cadillac one year only. The vehicle has the following items. 2 sets of complete tires and rims. The interior was redone by the Mad Stitcher of Tucker. He resprayed the interior, replaced the carpet , touched welded floorpans, put the interior back in. The panels are padded and covered tastefully as to keep the car show ready. All other Eldorados have hard broken plastic usally. Mine is soft and supple now. He has pics in shop still. The cost was approx. 5000 to 6000. The original radio is in the truck. The speakers are replaced with factory size but enhanced sound speakers. Everything works, except the cruise. Features these items: Baritz Option Package with convertible top. This is in the manual and is a GM Convertible was handled by Cadillac. Trip/mileage/outside temp computer Conversion from metric to English Automated pull trunk Power windows, power seats and locks custom floomats. Trunk carpeting Automated leveling Totally electronic dash readout Digital Climate control Auto Day/night headlights with auto high beam Automated Rearview mirror Button and Tufted white leather seating interior and white trim with blue carpeting Trash Dispenser Other repairs: Transmission 06,alternator, water pump, timming chain 05,tires 06,brakes 05. The car has been regularly maintained by Roswell Auto Tech, Randy’s Cadillac and another dealer in Alpharetta. It was originally purchased in 85 by renowned Hair designer East Cobb. The next owner purchased the car from in 1990. They kept under regular maintenance also. Supposedly it had replacement engine 1990. Yes, another HT4100. I purchased it 1999 and had it ever since.
