"Bill" Young by the US Marine Corps. Plaque reads "A true patriot and friend of the Corps and one who has given more flags flown over the Capital than any other member. This Old Glory was flown over the Kuwait City on 28 Feb 1991 during the liberation of the Kuwait people. The 1991 Liberation of Kuwait took an ally who owed us $81 Billion and made an enemy that would take another 13 years to depose and capture. Presented in appreciation of Bill Youngs support of the Military budget. " From the estate of Congressman Bill Young. Size: 12 x 16" framed
