Printed by Arte Paris and published by Galerie Maeght in 1966 This poster/lithograph has been stored flat since published and is in exceptional condition for its age. Provenance. It was purchased directly from Cavan O'Brien, an employee of Malborough Fine Arts ( London ) Ltd In May 1999. It was one of Two Lithographs which were both signed by Francis Bacon in the presence of Valerie Beston ( Director ) of Malborough and Cavan O'Brien, they were then gifted to Cavan. The signing took place in Wheelers Restaurant , Old Compton Street, London. in early 1972. Cavan subsequently left Malborough and went on to work for Fischer Fine Art. The other Lithograph signed at the same time was of Bacons Exhibition at the Grand Palais, Paris 27.10.71 - 10.01.1972.
