A rare guide for emigrants from the Northeast. In his remarks on Nebraska Hall warns that emigrants should be aware of land sharks, "a very accommodating set of fellows, who are only too glad to assist, if they can only succeed in swindling you." Much on the mineral resources of each area along the route.
