Body with three drawers and a curved front on bracket feet

Veneered fillings framed by a wide border
Projecting curved top with contrasting edge
Tiered fillet along the upper edge of the plate
Vegetal rocaille appliqués of gilded bronze
Dimensions: 85 x 123 x 66 cm

The baroque chest was made in the middle of the 18th century. The body with three drawers resting on bracket feet. The apron is curved. Veneered fillings framed by a wide border can be found on the curved front. The design of the top plate follows this pattern. Vegetal Rocaille appliqués of gilded bronze decorate the front and the edges.

Condition:

The body is in slightly need of restoration. Partial back fillings, veneer losses, scratches and bumping marks can be found. On the right edge of the plate a deep indentation is shown. The dimensions of the dresser are 85 x 123 x 66 cm. (bed)
