The straight Biedermeier mirror was made in Germany around 1820. The high rectangular frame rests on a narrow, slightly projecting base. A smooth fillet is shown above the mirror. On the center an oval décor appliqué with two corresponding cornucopias can be found. The body is crowned by a retracted triangular gable.
Condition:
The mirror is in good condition with slight traces of age and wear. One loss of veneer can be found in on the lower left gable. The mirror glass is renewed. It measures 147 x 57 x 4.2 cm. (bed)
