A MID 19TH CENTURY NORWEGIAN LEATHER SIDE SADDLE, RENDAL, NORWAY. Together with four Norwegian carved and polychrome wood horse hames. One with serpent-head terminals, a bent wood neck bell and an arched and pieced polychrome Pad Terret (for horse harness) with carved spiral rosettes. One set of hames mounted as a mirror. The saddle length 22 inches and displayed on a wood stand height 33 inches overall.
