Attributed to the APZ painter, or the Apulianizing Painter, the incomplete ornament in front showing three chiton-clad women conversing, one holding a box, the other a large unidentified object, palmettes on the ground line, a large palmette flanked by scrolls on the reverse. Measures 17". Provenance: From the living estate of Professor Williamson, Lehigh University. Purchased at Sotheby Parke Bernet 12/13/79.
