"Report of the Adjutant General of the State of Tennessee of the Military Forces of the State From 1861-1866", Nashville, Tenn, S.C. Mercer, Printer to the State, 1866. Inscribed in pen on second page, "To Gov. W.G. Brownlow With regards of S.C. Mercer". Inside cover with label, "Jno B. Brownlow's Book" (John Bell Brownlow) and the label, "Bound by Marshall & Bruce, 23 Deaderick Street, Nashville, Tennessee." Condition - leather spine with wear to edges, some wear to leather cover edges. Circa 1866.
