Going Back Chiltosky (1907-2000) is one of the most recognized Cherokee Indian carvers and taught woodcrafts at the Cherokee School. Examples of Chiltosky's work are illustrated in "Arts and Crafts of the Cherokee", Rodney Leftwich, p. 95. Excellent condition. Height 9 1/4".
