East Tennessee artist Coralie Tweed painting, pastel and gouache, signed "C. Tweed '93". Coralie Alan Tweed studied under her grandfather, noted New York marine artist F. Leo Hunter. She earned her Master of Fine Arts degree in painting and drawing from East Tennessee State University. She has taught at the University level throughout the Southeast. She also has studied in Paris and New York. Tweed has been recognized with National Awards from The Southeastern Pastel Society and the Pastel Society of America. Excellent condition. 9 1/2" x 13 1/4" painting, 18 3/8" x 21 7/8" frame.
