Southern folk pottery snake jug, alkaline pebbled glaze, stamped "BB Craig Vale NC" on the bottom (Burlon Craig, Vale, North Carolina, 1914-2003), sine wave incising around shoulder, snake wraps around jug body, white glazed eyes. Excellent condition. 8 1/2" height.
