Arthur Hubert (1904 Germany-1991 Jerusalem) immigrated to Great Britain from Germany a day before WWII broke out. In 1944, he worked for a scrap metal company, eventually becoming a partner when the company went public. He became very wealthy and the company became one of the largest in Britain. Hubert was a great supporter of Orthodox Jewish institutions in England. He was appointed Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE). Various sizes.
