Unsigned in original frame. 8.5" x 15.5". This artist according to the family was visiting The Falls Church area c.1900, where he did some painting at Cherry Hill in Falls Church. We do not know anything more about the artist, ecept that he is not believed to be the famous California Impressionist Thomas Moran N.A.
