Large plate measures 9-1/4" and has a slightly ruffled edge. There is a berry border on a blue green background. The colors extend into the center of the plate although the artist has faded them in the center. The front is artist signed D. Soltas and the back is stamped in green H&C L France. The smaller plate is 8" and is decorated with pink roses. The edges have a scalloped appearance and the sides have a stripped texture. The front is artist signed Doris and the back is not signed. Both plates are in very good condition with no chips or cracks.
