The shaped border with tooled gold and an inner indiga blue border. Black overglaze factory mark "E. GALLÉ DEPOT CENTRAL 43 RUE BONAPARTE". Diam. 22,5 cm. This service was made for the morganatic marriage of Alexander II and the Princess Catherine Mikhailovna Iurevskaya in 1880.
