Michael Anthony of Van Halen, Painted Dean ML Electric Guitar Michael Anthony is best known as the bass guitarist and a founding member of the hard rock band Van Halen. Mr. Anthony was recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame making this instrument of art a truly valuable piece of rock and roll history. The guitar was painted by Mr. Anthony with some help from his daughter, making it a very personal instrument. The backside includes Wildcat logot and a touching note to Dime that is written in metallic ink by Michael. This is a one-of-a-kind full playable and displayable Instrument of Art. Complete with electronics, pick-ups, strings and hardware installed at Dean USA. It is hand-painted or otherwise decorated by the artist who’s name is associated with the guitar. Proceeds from the auction of this guitar go to support LITTLE KIDS ROCK, one of the most exciting music education programs available to public schools in America. This guitar is one of over sixty pieces created for Six-String Masterpieces: The Dimebag Darrell Art Tribute.
