Ted Nugent, Illustrated Dean ML Electric Guitar Featuring a trademark Nugent, Stick figure with bow and arrow, signed by Ted with the message "In the wind he's still alive, American Blood Brothers", Ted graciously signed on to the Six-String Masterpieces exhibit in tribute to Dime following the heartfelt words he offered following Dime's death. Strangely enough, Nugent blasted Pantera and Dime verbally wishing terrible things upon all the members following the airing of a VH1 Behind the Music special on Pantera. This created an uproar online between fans of each artist, thus creating one of the more controversial guitars in the collection. Throughout his lengthy career, guitar wildman Ted Nugent has revelled in the controversy and criticism that always seems to follow in his path. While there's no denying his exceptional talent on the six-string, his knack for penning arena rock anthems, or his standing as one of rock's top live acts, it's his non-musical endeavors that have caused the most condemnation from his detractors (his pro-right wing beliefs, pro-gun advocacy, appreciation of hunting animals, etc.). But by the same token, Nugent is a family man and one of the few hard rockers who has admirably stuck by his lifelong anti-drugs and -drink stance throughout his career. It is hand-painted or otherwise decorated by the artist who’s name is associated with the guitar. Proceeds from the auction of this guitar go to support LITTLE KIDS ROCK, one of the most exciting music education programs available to public schools in America.
