Passport issued to Katharine Houghton Hepburn on May 6, 1948 signed on page three in black ink Katharine Houghton Hepburn and signed on her black and white photograph in black ink Katharine H Hepburn (slightly smudged), bearing immigration stamps from New York, London, Southampton, Dover, Paris, Rome, Liverpool, Uganda and Kenya; together with her Automobile-Club De L'Isle-De-France Paris card issued to Hepburn Katherine (sic) c/o Metro Goldwyn Mayer; an International Certificate of Vaccination indicating vaccinations received in 1951 with Miss Hepburn's handwritten name (twice), address and birthdate in black ink on the cover, and her signature on the interior in black ink; and two work permits issued in London, one in a small booklet format issued on April 7, 1951 with Miss Hepburn's black and white photograph and signature in black ink Katharine Houghton Hepburn, stamps and annotations throughout, and the other issued on March 19, 1952 with typed information regarding work at the Globe Theater. 5 items
