This is a vintage February, 1942 Alberto Vargas pin-up calendar page. A blonde wearing a Venice Carnivale or court costume and holding a mandolin. Colors still bright. SIZE: Approx. 8 1/4" x 14". Alberto Varga/Vargas was considered to be one of the best pin-up artists and was made famous in the 1940s as the creator of the pin-up girls for Esquire magazine.
