A model of a Bremen Caloric hot air engine, as manufactured by Bremen M.F.G. Co. Ohio, for use as a domestic pumping engine at around 1900, built by the late Mr Brian Marshall of Chichester, the model is supported on four columns with side rods and pump linked to central spoked flywheel, gas ceramic burner and flow control, with cylindrical water tank, mounted on a hardwood plinth measuring 25cm x 15cm, 28cm high overall.
