Condition consistent with age and use. Not examined out of frame. Canvas does not appear to have been relined. Verso with expected wear. Scattered ¼ inch and smaller spots of light discolorations are observed throughout canvas. Flea-sized brown flecks are seen all over the sky. Moderate vertical craquelure is noted. Canvas fluoresces slightly under UV light. A pleasant scene. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
