Description
Copeland Parian Figure of "Stormy," 19th c., by William Brodie, H.- 18 5/8 in., Dia.- 6 in.
Condition
Condition consistent with age and use. An approximately ½ inch chip is noted the base, along the left side. A fracture is noted to the base along the same side, continuing underneath the piece. Some minor residue is seen over the crack – apparent repair. A centimeter sized chip is noted to the blanket edge over the figure’s face. Moderate discoloration is observed, especially towards the bottom and along the back of the piece. A nice example.
