Set of Six Louis XV Style Carved Beech Upholstered Dining Chairs, 20th c., the carved upholstered shield shaped backs with central shell carving, over upholstered seats, on carved cabriole legs joined by a shell carved skirt, H.- 35 3/4 in.

Condition consistent with age and use. One shell carving is seen with a ¼ inch shallow loss to wood. One chair is seen with a 2 inch loss of finish to the back right leg. All chairs are seen with scattered nicks and scratches, with heavier wear seen to legs and feet. Upholstery is observed with a few scattered slight discolorations. Chairs are noted as sturdy.
