Romeo Tabuena (Filipino, b. 1921) oil on board painting of village scene with water buffalo, signed lower right, "Tabuena 1960". Condition - very good condition, no repairs or restoration. 9 3/`6" x 22 1/8" oil on board, 17 3/8" x 29 3/4" outer frame. Circa 1960. Tabuena is an acclaimed artist from the Phillipines who resides in Mexico. His works are in the collection of The Lopez Memorial Museum of Pasig City, Phillipines.
