This khanjar is a traditional dagger, comprising a wooden core and a curved Damascene blade with medial ridge. The forte reveals beautiful gold inlaid calligraphic details and tendrils. The silver scabbard features an artfully crafted repoussé decor and the walrus ivory hilt is a truly capturing detail.
Condition:
The khanjar is in very good condition according to age. The hilt shows two small losses of material at the upper end. The dagger measures 37 cm in length. (cbo)
