1534 1-1/2 Thaler of Munster/Wiederstaufer

German States / Munster Wiederstaufer 1534 1-1/2 Thaler, Very Choice Extremely Fine-45.
Dav-9583. Heavy 43 grams. Signed "K" (a 17th century striking). Legend on both sides. Struck by the bishop ric. An extremely attractive example of this very heavy and thick silver 1 1/2 Thaler. The rims remain sharp, clean and mark-free, as is the overall strike being very sharp and the coin well centered on both sides. Light even silver-gunmetal toning is further complimented with some faint, lovely golden overtones which are found within the devices, having nice underlying subdued luster. A very impressive example and certainly of premium quality for the grade.
