Very richly decorated Bi-it in gold all over with figural scenes on a red ground with delicate black patterns, and with palace architecture, and dancing scenes; further offering men on horseback, butterflies, mythological creatures, phoenix and blossoms; the scenery is resembling the Venice Carnival. The bottom presents a large depiction of a Kinnara. The Shwe zawa technique is sublimely painted in leaf-gold. The borders offers encircling lines in gilt. A truly appealing and refined composition. With elastic walls. HEIGHT 17 CM, DIAMETER 21,8 CM
