This lot is fresh from the same estate as the stamp album in lot #226 in this auction. The album in lot #226 is from 1943, and it looks as if all these stamps are from 1943 and newer. Most likely, these were saved to put into a newer album. This lot includes both U.S. and foreign stamps, with a mix of used and unused stamps. In addition, some stamps are still attached to envelope corners. We did not count them as there are a lot of them. Their total weight is over six ounces.
