17th/18th century, the first pair with inscribed content banner, and loosely painted with a couple in a landscape, further decorated with a crowned monogram CAR, the underside of each with makers' monogram; the second pair with multiple bands and stylized foliage, unmarked.

The first, height 7 in., diameter at rim 4 in.; The second, height 8 in., diameter at rim 3 3/4 in.

There is a large crackle to the glaze in some areas, not problematic, overall losses, chips, pitts and pooling to glaze, but no problems to the ceramic itself.
