Description
Chinese, Qing Dynasty, Qianlong Period mark (1735-1796) and likely of the period. A vasiform porcelain wall pocket with cobalt blue ground having white medallion to bulbous body decorated with flowering branches, white lotus blossoms to front of neck and above egg and dart band to foot, gilt red dragon form handles to either side of neck, and red reticulated flared foot with gilt decoration. Marked to underside with hand painted Qianlong Nian Zhi mark. Approximately 7.75" tall x 3.625" wide x 1.5" deep.
