Description
An English Chamberlain's Worcester porcelain dinner service. 19th century. Each piece with the armorial crest of Baron Abercromby of Scotland and with the motto Vive Et Vivas (Live so that you may live). Comprised of 12 scalloped edged dinner plates, 10.25" diameter, 2 serving platters, 2 covered vegetable serving bowls, and 1 large compote, 11.5" diameter, 5" high. The plates with a back-stamp reading W. P & G. Phillips, Late Chamberlain, 165 New Bond Street, London.
